Induction melting to be done by induction furnaces. The advantage of the induction furnace is a clean, energy-efficient and well-controllable melting process compared to most other means of metal melting. Material is added during the melting process to bring the final chemistry within a specific range specified by industry and/or internal standards Melting process is carried out as per the Customer requirements. – We have 2 induction Furnaces as1 Nos of 500 Kg, 1 No of 150 Kg (Made by Inductotherm)

We have large molding area in our plant with 5 Automatic molding machine with core shooters, and 6 manual machines.

Molten metal is poured into mold. Pouring process is done in two stages, big ladle pouring and industrial pouring according to product weight. Some additives are also added during pouring to get defect free casting.

Centrifugal casting process is a casting technique that is typically used to cast Cylinder Liners. It is noted for the high quality of the results attainable, particularly for precise control of their metallurgy and crystal structure. Centrifugal casting has greater hardness and reliability than static casting.

Shot blasting process is used for cleaning material from sand and extra casting to provide dust free and clean product.

Out products are going through the process of Grinding & Fettling to remove extra casting and burr to provide better finishing.

We Inspect our each and every product to meet our quality standard and provide our customer without defective product.

We have huge casting storage area which protects our product from weather effect and hassle free supply.

We perform outer diameter of liner on CNC machine, which is gives high accuracy in dimensional parameters, surface roughness parameters and geometrical parameters. A main benefit of final OD CNC Turning is to minimize cycle time, repeatability of quality and consistency product.

This generates a rough surface and removes the high areas in a controlled manner. The surface texture through this has the benefits of a smooth surface and benefit of a rough surface. This can be measure Ra,Rmax, Rz, Rpk ,Rk , Rvk, Mr1, Mr2, Vo etc.

We have In house surface roughness testing system after honing process. We maintain Honing Value as per customer requirements.

Finished products are duly oiled with VCI oils, placed in VCI bags and packed in corrugated containers as per client specifications.
